Salaried GP Opportunities

Flexible Sessions Available

Cliff House Medical Practice, Lincolnshire
Independent. Family-run. Trauma-informed. Innovative.

We are looking for two enthusiastic, patient-centred GPs to join our friendly and forward-thinking team.

One opportunity has arisen due to an upcoming one-year period of planned leave within our existing GP team. The second reflects the continued development and expansion of our clinical workforce.

We are keen to hear from GPs interested in anything from a small number of sessions to a more substantial commitment and are happy to discuss a range of flexible working arrangements.

The Role

Our GPs work across a varied and rewarding mix of:

Face-to-face consultations

Telephone consultations

Total triage

Clinical administration

Management of complex and long-term conditions

Collaborative multidisciplinary working

We welcome discussion about individual clinical interests, portfolio careers and opportunities to contribute to service development.

About Us

Cliff House Medical Practice is an independent, family-run teaching and training practice with a strong sense of community. We combine traditional values of continuity, teamwork and personalised care with a progressive approach to modern general practice.

We are proud to be a trauma-informed practice, recognising the impact that adverse life experiences can have on health outcomes, engagement and access to care. Our approach focuses on creating safe, compassionate and person-centred interactions for both patients and staff.

Our multidisciplinary workforce includes GPs, nurses, healthcare assistants, pharmacists, first contact practitioners, care coordinators and a range of additional clinical roles. We are particularly proud of our established Complex Care MDT, which brings together colleagues from primary care, community services and social care to proactively support patients with significant health and social care needs.

We have embraced modern access models and use Anima for online consultation and total triage, helping patients access the right care at the right time while supporting safe and sustainable workloads.

As a practice, we are AI-positive and digitally progressive, actively exploring how technology can support patient care, access and operational efficiency. We have embedded digital transformation throughout the practice, including AI-enabled patient engagement tools and structured care navigation systems. Innovation is not something we talk about in theory; it is embedded in the way we work.

We continually review workflows, systems and technology to reduce unnecessary administrative burden and enable clinicians to work at the top of their licence.

As a training practice, we support the development of future clinicians and foster a culture of learning, mentorship, collaboration and continuous improvement. We benefit from stable and experienced clinical and operational leadership, together with a clear long-term vision for primary care.

Despite embracing innovation, we remain rooted in traditional values of continuity, teamwork and knowing our patients well.

What We Offer

Competitive salaried GP package

Flexible sessions and working arrangements

Supportive and approachable leadership team

Strong MDT and clinical support

Teaching and training practice environment

Opportunities to shape and develop services

A stable, close-knit and supportive team

Innovative and forward-thinking culture

Potential for additional sessions and longer-term opportunities

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from:

Experienced GPs

Newly qualified GPs

Portfolio GPs

GPs returning to practice

Most importantly, we are looking for clinicians who are kind, curious and collaborative, and who want to help shape the future of primary care within a practice that values both innovation and continuity of care.

Due to the forthcoming period of planned leave, we are keen to appoint as soon as possible. Early expressions of interest, informal conversations and practice visits are warmly welcomed.
