Job summary
Horsley Medical Practice is a friendly, well-established and thriving GP practice in East Horsley, Surrey, serving approximately 10,600 patients.
With the planned retirement of our long-serving Senior Partner, we are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join our established GP partnership for six sessions a week.
We are looking for a GP who shares our commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care and who values working as part of a supportive, collaborative team.
We are seeking a partner who is reliable, committed and accountable, with sound organisational and business skills and a genuine interest in the future development of the practice. The successful candidate will bring enthusiasm, ideas and a willingness to contribute to the continued sustainability and growth of the partnership, helping to shape its future over the years to come.
Responsibilities
Being a Partner at Horsley Medical Practice means contributing beyond routine clinical work and taking a shared responsibility for the future success of the practice.
Partners work collaboratively to:
Contribute to partnership meetings and collective decision-making
Help shape the strategic direction and long-term sustainability of the practice
Work closely with the Practice Manager on operational management, workforce planning and business development
Contribute to financial and business planning
Support recruitment, workforce development and succession planning
Identify and develop opportunities for service improvement and innovation
Maintain high standards of clinical care, professionalism and patient experience
Support a positive culture across the whole multi-disciplinary team
