Job summary

Could you help develop the skills, confidence and capability of frontline ambulance staff while supporting the future of prehospital care on the Island? As Clinical Education Lead within the Isle of Man Ambulance Service, you'll play a key role in delivering highquality clinical and nonclinical education across the service.

Main duties of the job

Working closely with colleagues, you'll support learning and development activity, helping ensure staff have the knowledge, skills and support they need to provide excellent patient care. Working within a small, forwardthinking Ambulance Service, you'll have the opportunity to influence practice, support colleagues at all levels and help shape the development of education and training across the organisation. If developing people, sharing expertise and helping to deliver exceptional patient care sounds like the challenge you're looking for, apply now!
