An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, enthusiastic GP to join our friendly team. The position is for 5 - 6 sessions per week ideally worked over 3 days. You will join a dedicated team of GPs and supportive nursing and administration teams. We work from purpose built premises and provide a full range of Enhanced Services and Chronic Disease Management.
We are a training practice and there will be an opportunity and support for the candidate to become a trainer.
The Practice have a license to sponsor Tier 2 Visa applications
- Around 8500 patients
- High QOF achievers
- Extensive enhanced services and chronic disease management (including minor surgery, anti-coagulation, implant and IUCD fitting)
- Paper-light using SystmOne
- Low home visit rate
- Advanced Nurse Practitioners who proactively manage patients in nursing / care homes

The post-holder will deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.
The post will include on-call sessions on a pro-rata basis

About us
We are a friendly, welll-organised 3 Partner Practice serving around 8,500 patients. We are also part of 5 practices that make up the North Easington Primary Care Network which has an excellent track record for collaboration, care and support.
Our Practice Team includes 3 GPs Partners, 2 Salaried GPs, Nurse Practitioner, Pharmacists, First contact Clinicians as well as a very experienced Nursing team and supportive administration team.
We have regular clinical meetings, practice meetings and MDT meetings as well as Protected Time in / time out sessions.
There are opportunities for the candidate to develop special interests and take a lead role in specific areas of chronic disease management.
