Braddan, IM4 4RJ Permanent £67,048 to £79,978
Posted 11 August 2026 Closing date 8 September 2026

Job summary

Are you looking for a role where your leadership and clinical skills can have a meaningful impact? As Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operation of the Isle of Man Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC), working closely with partner organisations to ensure a high-quality, responsive and compassionate service. You'll manage and support a multidisciplinary team, oversee operational delivery and development, and play a key role in building effective relationships with stakeholders across the Island.

Main duties of the job

Alongside this, you'll undertake the role of Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE), working as an autonomous advanced practitioner supporting individuals who have experienced sexual assault. You'll provide specialist care in both acute and historic cases, offering practical and emotional support in a confidential, person-centred environment. This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership with direct clinical practice, helping to shape and deliver an essential service that has a lasting impact on people's lives. If you're ready to lead with compassion, influence service development and make a meaningful contribution to victim care and support, we'd love to hear from you.
