Main duties of the job

As a Care Assistant, you will help maintain the wellbeing of residents by delivering outstanding care and collaborating with colleagues. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meals, and offering companionship. Each day presents new challenges as you work to make a difference for residents by respecting their choices and providing personalized support.
