Main duties of the job

The role is ideal for experienced Senior Care Assistants or Care Assistants aiming to advance in their careers. Responsibilities include working alongside care assistants, delivering top-notch care, observing, reviewing, and finalising care plans, alongside training and supervising junior colleagues. The position seeks individuals with a caring nature, good communication and relationship skills, adaptability, and an engaging persona.
