5 Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs)
2 Paramedics and 1 Nurse Consultant (lead on home visits)
1 Social Prescriber
1 Care Coordinator
1 Health & Wellbeing Coach
5 GP Assistants (handling clerical and clinical workload)
1 Mental Health Practitioner
Dedicated Phlebotomist

👉 Home visits are mostly covered by paramedics and a Nurse Consultant, supported by the duty doctor, meaning your day remains structured and predictable.

👉 Admin is actively managed and filtered, allowing you to work at the top of your licence—not buried in paperwork.
