Job description
Our recruitment process
To give candidates the opportunity to explore the full range of opportunities available, we are recruiting all Clinical Administration roles through a single recruitment process.
If shortlisted, you'll be invited to attend our Talent Assessment Centre where we'll discuss your preferred locations, working pattern and the roles you'd like to be considered for, helping us find the opportunity that's right for you.
When you apply, you will be applying to the Band 3 Clinical Administration Talent Pool rather than a specific vacancy. If shortlisted, you will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre at The Knowledge Spa, Truro, on Saturday 31 October 2026.
The assessment centre will provide an opportunity for you to demonstrate your skills, experience and strengths through a variety of activities, while also learning more about our new Clinical Administration Service and the roles available.
During the day, we'll discuss your experience, interests and career aspirations with you and identify which of the available opportunities you would like to be considered for. This allows us to match talented individuals to the roles that best suit their skills, strengths and future ambitions.
We encourage you to apply regardless of your preferred working pattern, and if shortlisted, we'll discuss the opportunities available and the options that best suit your circumstances at the Assessment Centre.
Please reserve Saturday 31 October 2026 in your diary should you be shortlisted, as attendance at the Assessment Centre will be required.
If you're looking for a career where your skills can make a genuine difference, we'd love to hear from you.
