Job summary
<p>Are you a <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">compassionate and motivated nurse looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people? We are seeking a dedicated <strong>Childrens Continence Nurse</strong> to join our friendly, <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">supportive</span> team in <strong>Wiltshire</strong>. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to deliver high-quality continence care, <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">support early intervention, and empower young people to achieve greater independence</span>. Working week must include a Monday.</p><p><strong>Base:</strong></p><p>You will be based at your hub closest to your home which can be either Highpost SP4 6AT, Chippenham SN15 1BN or Trowbridge BA14 0XG.</p><p><strong>Job Schedule:</strong></p><p>The service hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.</p><p>You will be working from the office, home and clinic space. You will also on occasions complete home visit
