Job summary

The Practice Business Manager is responsible for the overall operational, financial, strategic and organisational management of the GP practice. The post holder will ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, efficient and sustainable primary care services whilst supporting the Partners in achieving the practice's strategic objectives, contractual requirements, and regulatory compliance.

The Practice Business Manager will provide leadership to non-clinical staff, oversee financial performance, lead business development opportunities, ensure effective governance arrangements, and maintain compliance with NHS contractual and statutory obligations.

To support the GP partners in the effective day-to-day management and development of the practice as a healthcare provider, employer and business and support practice to meet its contractual and service responsibilities.
