Join Us as a Police Community Support Officer (PCSO)
Make a Difference in Your Community
Are you passionate about making a difference in your local community and helping to keep Lincolnshire safe?
We're currently recruiting Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) to join our Neighbourhood Policing Teams across Lincolnshire.
As a PCSO, you will be a visible, approachable and reassuring presence within the communities you serve. Working alongside police officers, partner agencies and local residents, you will help prevent crime, tackle anti-social behaviour, protect vulnerable people and build lasting trust and confidence in policing.
PCSOs play a vital role in delivering Lincs 2030, Lincolnshire Police's ambitious transformation and investment plan, which is focused on creating stronger communities that are visible, connected and trusted, whilst ensuring communities feel safer, more supported and involved in shaping local policing. The plan reinforces our commitment to preventing crime, addressing issues early through effective problem-solving, and maintaining visible neighbourhood policing across the county.
As part of our ambition to be the best rural police force in the country, PCSOs are essential in helping us build confidence in policing, reduce crime and vulnerability, and provide the high-quality service our communities deserve. Through your work, you will contribute directly to our mission of preventing crime and anti-social behaviour, protecting people from harm, and helping those in need.
If you are passionate about public service, enjoy working with people, and want to make a positive impact in communities across Lincolnshire, we would love to hear from you.
