Care Support Worker

What you'll do:
Support people with daily living and wellbeing
Encourage independence and personal goals
Help access activities, education and the local community
Build trusted relationships and create a safe, welcoming environment
What you'll need:
A caring and positive attitude
A full UK manual driving licence
Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rota, which includes overnight shifts, weekends, and bank holidays. You’ll need to be flexible and ready to support people when they need you most.
No previous care experience required
