LSE is committed to building a diverse, equitable and truly inclusive university

Salary from £43,277 to £51,714 pa inclusive, with potential to progress to £55,497 pa inclusive of London allowance

Permanent, full-time post (5 days per week)

This is an opportunity to play a key role in the delivery, support and continuous improvement of LSE's digital services, working as part of the Digital Communications team within the Communications Division. The team manages platforms supporting the main LSE website, blogs and a student-facing application, alongside analytics, search tools and cookie consent and compliance systems.

Candidates should have:

Strong experience supporting digital platforms and CMS services, ideally within a complex organisation, with excellent knowledge of enterprise CMS platforms such as Contensis, WordPress or equivalent.

Experience managing digital support enquiries, including triage, troubleshooting, resolution tracking and communicating effectively with staff, students and content editors.

A proactive approach to digital service improvement, with the ability to identify recurring issues, improve workflows and processes, and develop practical guidance and ways of working.

Experience supporting digital projects and workstreams, including planning and delivery, and working with internal teams and external suppliers to implement digital and technical updates.

Experience using analytics and insight tools, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to monitor performance, produce reports and inform improvements.

We offer an occupational pension scheme, generous annual leave and excellent training and development opportunities.
