Want to be the person our New Homes teams rely on to understand how we're really performing?

As Development Support Manager, you'll lead the performance reporting and analysis function for our New Homes teams, making sure our reporting is accurate, robust and genuinely useful to the people who depend on it.

Our New Homes teams need clear, trusted performance insight to deliver well, so we need a skilled reporting and analysis specialist who can turn data into practical recommendations and keep improving how we work.

You'll report to the Head of Performance and Policy, working closely with Growth, Delivery, Sales, Marketing and the wider Performance Team.

If this sounds like you, we would love for you to apply!

Your impact in the role:

Provide a high quality performance reporting and analysis function to our New Homes teams, keeping reporting accurate and robust

Manage the sharing of reporting on the division's performance, working with operational managers and staff to improve data insight

Work with the Head of Performance & Policy and the Director of Customer and Quality to design and implement improved reporting and practice changes

Track and learn from best practice within and beyond the sector, evaluating its relevance to the Development and Sales division and making recommendations

Contribute to the control of budgets within the function and to meeting the divisional business plan

Keep health and safety, regulatory and governance compliance in place for your area, along with the records, systems and risk controls that support it

Collaborate with directorate colleagues and across the business, including Growth, Delivery, Sales, Marketing and the wider Performance Team, on changes and improvements to key practice and performance reporting

Your work will give our New Homes teams reliable insight to act on, supporting the divisional business plan and helping us keep improving performance

What you'll bring:

We're looking for:

A demonstrable track record of engaging with stakeholders at different levels to incorporate their views into business reporting, practice reviews and/or strategy development

Ability to provide solutions and strategies to deal with poor performance and non-compliance

A demonstrable track record of collaboration, negotiation and influencing stakeholders

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong project co-ordination skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

A good understanding of value for money in relation to quality services

A commitment to providing high levels of customer satisfaction

Computer literacy, with a good proven competency in MS Office

Desirable: understanding or experience of working in the social housing or homebuilding sectors

Desirable: experience of managing people

Desirable: good knowledge of the sector policy environment

If you require any reasonable adjustments at any stage during this process, including application stage, please email [email protected]
