You will make work as a health outcome central to delivery, ensuring participants receive evidence-based, person-centred assessment and coordinated support to remain in, return to or move towards good work.

What you will bring

Embed safe, high-quality practice: implement robust clinical governance, safeguarding, escalation, supervision, audit and continuous-improvement arrangements across all delivery partners.

Integrate pathways: position WorkWell within neighbourhood health teams and build clear referral and onward-support routes across health, employment, local authority, employer and VCSE services.

Deliver measurable outcomes: improve participant access, experience, wellbeing, work retention and return-to-work outcomes, using performance insight and feedback to address inequalities and improve the service.

Build clinical capability: coordinate training, provide specialist advice and strengthen confidence among clinicians and partners in work-focused conversations and interventions.

Provide delivery assurance: maintain grip on quality, activity, risk, milestones and resources; hold partners to account and ensure delivery remains on time, within budget and aligned to agreed standards.
