Learning Support Assistant 2 Temporary Vacancies

1) 17.5 hours Mon- Fri 12-3.30pm

2) 16.25 hours Mon- Thurs 1-3.30pm and Friday 8.45-3.30pm.

Elloughton Primary School are seeking two positive, hardworking and skilled Learning Support Assistants to join our dedicated and innovative Key Stage 1/ Key Stage 2 team to commence as soon as possible.

You will work under the direction of the phase leader, class teacher and Inclusion Manager.

We are looking for an excellent LSA who can:

Tailor support to the specific needs of pupils.

Build a very good relationship with the children, parents and staff.

Help promote high expectations and enthusiasm for learning.

Be a positive member of the school team.

Deliver interventions.

Nurture our pupils to support their emotional, health and wellbeing.

Has knowledge and understanding of a range of learning difficulties and additional needs.

Previous knowledge and experience of working with children is desirable.
