We have 15625 patients across two sites and our multidisciplinary team includes 3 x GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Clinical Pharmacists, First Contact Physiotherapists, Social Prescribers, Care Coordinators, Paramedic and an experienced administrative and reception team.

We are also a training practice and have excellent relationships with Nottingham West Primary Care Network, and Nottingham University. Chilwell Valley and Meadows Practice is also an award-winning East Midlands Clinical Research Network research site, a Level 4 practice, and consistently among the highest recruiters to research studies in the UK, with a strong focus on both commercial and academic research. What do we need from you:

Essential:

• Fully qualified General Practitioner with current GMC registration and licence to practise.
• Included on the NHS England Medical Performers List
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Desirable:

• Experience working within UK General Practice.
• Interest in teaching, quality improvement, or a clinical specialty.
• Experience with chronic disease management and clinical leadership.
