Neighbourhood Manager (Kensington)

Make a difference where it matters most

Location: North West London

Interview Date: Tuesday 10th November 2026 (Ealing)

Do you thrive on building strong relationships, solving problems and making a visible difference in local communities? Are you someone who puts residents first, takes ownership and delivers on your commitments?

We're looking for a Neighbourhood Manager to be the face of Peabody in the community. You'll take ownership of a neighbourhood patch, building trusted relationships with residents, managing agents and local partners to ensure homes, estates and services are safe, well-managed and responsive to residents' needs.

This is a varied, customer-focused role where no two days are the same. From managing tenancy and leasehold matters to improving neighbourhood services and tackling complex resident issues, you'll play a key role in creating places people are proud to call home.

About the role

As a Neighbourhood Manager, you will:

Be the main point of contact for residents, managing tenancy, leasehold, ASB, safeguarding and neighbourhood issues from start to finish.

Build strong relationships with managing agents across mixed-tenure schemes, holding them accountable for service delivery, compliance and customer satisfaction.

Carry out estate inspections, identify opportunities for improvement and lead the delivery of neighbourhood plans that enhance resident satisfaction, safety and community wellbeing.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors and partner agencies to resolve issues quickly and deliver excellent resident outcomes.

Champion resident engagement, ensuring services remain accessible, efficient and provide value for money.

About you

You'll be an experienced housing professional who enjoys working with people, building partnerships and finding practical solutions. You will have a strong understanding of tenancy and leasehold management, experience working with managing agents or contractors, and the confidence to manage a varied caseload while making sound decisions. Most importantly, you'll share our commitment to excellent customer service and thriving communities.

Important information

This role covers our North West London region and will include participation in the North West out-of-hours on-call rota and requires a Basic DBS check.

Recruitment process

We're committed to running a fair, transparent and inclusive recruitment process.

Interviews will take place on 10th November 2026 in Ealing. Applicants must be available to attend on this date.

Please note: Peabody is not a licensed UK Sponsor so will be unable to provide Visa sponsorship.
