Part-Time Salaried GPGP Practice

Holbeach Medical Centre is a friendly, small market town dispensing practice serving the local rural community with a list size of 7,900 patients. Based less than 25 miles from Peterborough which has train links direct to Central London and just over an hour by road to the city of Lincoln with amazing views of the cathedral on the approach. There are excellent local schools including Grammar schools and a wealth of affordable housing.

We are looking for an enthusiastic doctor to complement and strengthen our dedicated team as we move forward with developing the practice in line with the NHS 10 year plan. We provide a supportive environment and welcome suggestions on innovative ways of working.

About us:

Part of South Lincolnshire Rural PCN, we work with Allied Health South Lincolnshire GP Federation in order to ensure we give our patients high quality patient-centric care.

Our team consists of 2 GP Partners and 2 Salaried GPs and a Nurse Practitioner all backed up by an excellent nursing, dispensary, reception and administration team.

Via the PCN we also have care co-ordinators, social prescribers, clinical pharmacists, health and wellbeing coaches, physiotherapists and first contact practitioners which help to strengthen our team.

• GMS practice using SystmOne, Ardens and AccuRx
• Dispensing practice.
• High QOF achievers.
• Rated Good in all areas by CQC
• On site minor surgery, joint injections, MSK and physiotherapy service.
• Member of cohesive PCN group of 9 practices.
• Part of a forward thinking GP federation.

Duties include:

• Telephone triage, split between available clinicians.
• Telephone consults, split between available clinicians.
• On call sessions, pro rata share dependant on sessions worked
• Home visits, split between available clinicians
