Job summary

We are seeking a highly organised, detail-focused and analytical individual to join our Medical Staffing team as a Rostering and Data Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of workforce planning for our medical workforce supporting the safe, compliant and effective deployment of doctors across the Trust.

In this varied role, you will help manage complex information, develop safer and more effective rotas, improve annual leave management processes and support major workforce initiatives. You will also play a key role in delivering high-quality workforce data management, analysis and reporting for internal stakeholders as well as regional and national organisations.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, building strong working relationships and contributing to continuous improvement.

You will have access to options to work flexibly and will have the ability to work from home on around one third of your working shifts.

As a key member of the Medical Staffing Team, you will support the safe, compliant and effective deployment of doctors across the Trust. Combining workforce analytics, medical rostering and service improvement, you will provide managers and clinical leaders with the information and support needed to make informed workforce decisions.

You will manage and analyse workforce data, produce reports and insights, and maintain the accuracy of key workforce systems. Working closely with Clinical Directors, Service Managers, Consultants and Resident Doctors, you will help develop safe and efficient medical rotas and support contractual compliance.

You will also contribute to workforce improvement initiatives, including medical e-rostering, annual leave management, rota redesign and reporting improvements, while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems and driving service improvement.
