The post holder will demonstrate expert practice within the four pillars of Advanced Clinical Practice: clinical practice, leadership and management, education, and research. Acute Medicine at SaTH has undergone significant transformation over the past five years, resulting in the growth and development of a well-established Advanced Clinical Practitioner workforce. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the team in this senior clinical 8b ACP role to support the on going work across the Acute Medicine areas and whilst working towards delivery of our Hospital Transformation Programme in 2028.
