What We're Looking For

Strong project management and programme delivery experience.

A track record of delivering change and service improvement.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working within social housing, local authority or property services.

Someone who can bring people together, solve problems and deliver results.

What Success Looks Like

Improved performance, reporting and oversight.

Better consistency and confidence in compliance data.
