Productivity Lead - Property DirectorateNHS
Job summary
The postholder will lead and coordinate the Property Directorate productivity and improvement agenda, working across all functions. The role will turn operational, financial, workforce, contract, asset, utilisation and project information into clear insight, agreed improvement priorities and measurable benefits. The role will ensure we are a data driven proactive forward-thinking division.
The postholder will establish robust productivity baselines, performance measures, dashboards and benefits tracking; undertake benchmarking, root-cause analysis and options appraisal; and lead or support improvement workstreams that increase efficiency, release capacity, improve value for money and protect quality, safety and compliance. The role will combine analytical insight, project and change management, quality/improvement methodology and stakeholder facilitation rather than operating as a purely analytical post.
Working closely with Property senior leaders, Finance, Business Intelligence, Procurement, Digital, Transformation colleagues, operational services and external suppliers, the postholder will ensure that productivity opportunities are evidence-based, deliverable, financially validated and embedded into business-as-usual practice. The role will require regular engagement across Trust sites and the wider Property portfolio.
Work with other Trusts and organisations to understand where we are outliers and opportunities for learning, improvement and collaboration.
