Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) has an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Community Heart Failure Specialist Nurse to join our Brent and Harrow cardiology service on a 12-month fixed-term, part-time basis.

Join CLCH and help deliver outstanding heart failure care in the community!
