Help respond to changing operational demands by monitoring staffing levels and resolving resourcing challenges. Why This Role Matters Resource planning is critical to ensuring Lincolnshire Police can continue to provide an effective service to the communities it serves. Your work will directly influence the force's ability to respond to incidents, support investigations, police major events, and maintain public safety. By ensuring resources are efficiently deployed, you will play an important part in helping operational teams deliver policing services across the county. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Has excellent organisational and planning skills with strong attention to detail. Can manage competing priorities and adapt to changing operational demands. Is confident working with data and computerised workforce management systems.
