We are currently looking for Night Support Workers to join our dedicated team at Cygnet Clynsaer, a specialist residential service set in the beautiful Welsh countryside near Llandovery, Carmarthenshire.

Please note: due to current sponsorship allocation limitations, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

New starter bonus: £1,000 payable upon successful completion of probation. Current employees can also receive a £500 refer-a-friend bonus when their referral successfully passes probation.

Salary: £13.90 per hour

Hours: 33 hours per week

About the Role

This is a full-time Support Worker position working within a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week serv ice. You will be working night shifts which will be 12 hours.

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping the people we support achieve their goals and enjoy the best possible quality of life.

  • Providing compassionate, person-centred support while promoting dignity, choice and respect
  • Supporting individuals with personal care and daily living activities
  • Assisting with meal preparation and encouraging healthy lifestyles
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable home environment
  • Helping individuals develop independence and essential life skills
  • Supporting access to education, leisure and community activities
  • Following support plans, positive behaviour support strategies and risk assessments
  • Administering medication following training and competency assessments
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to effective handovers
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals
