HR Administrator Role: The HR Administrator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Employee Relations Team. Desirable qualifications include CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) and experience in the Social Care sector. Essentials:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Previous experience working within an Employee Relations function
  • Foundational knowledge of employment law and ER best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excel and word applications
  • Capable of generate reports and data when required

Desirable:

  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
  • Experience within the Social Care sector is advantageous but not a necessity
