Regional Nurse Manager - South EastNHS
Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated Regional Nurse Manager in the South East area (including London and Southampton) to join our healthcare team. Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager, the Regional Nurse Manager will be responsible for the safe, effective and high-quality delivery of clinical homecare services within their region.
The Regional Nurse Manager provides day-to-day leadership and support to the nursing team, ensuring patients receive timely, reliable and compassionate care in line with their individual needs and treatment plans.
As more and more patients are treated outside a traditional hospital setting, the role of the home care Nurse is developing. We work in a variety of environments such as clinics to residential accommodation and patients' own homes. We are able to treat individuals at school or even in a work environment. Our nurses help the NHS meet the needs of elderly, disabled or vulnerable patients who may not be able to easily visit the hospital. We are able to help support our patients to become more independent in the management of their treatment and to make the whole treatment journey more convenient.
You will need to be kind, compassionate and caring with a desire to provide excellent patient experience and safe and effective care.
