Job summary
We are excited to be able offer a salaried GP vacancy to join our team under the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme/ Capacity and Access Improvement programme , at The Shrubbery and Riverview Park surgeries. We are part of the Gravesend Alliance PCN, which consists of three practices but you will be solely working for us.
We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic GP for 4/6 sessions per week, ideally Monday,Tuesday & Friday but can be flexible for the right candidate. This is initially a fixed term contract but with the expectation that this becomes a permanent position with the continuation of the ARRS.

Main duties of the job
The Salaried GP will deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care across a broad range of clinical areas. This includes managing acute and chronic conditions, providing consultations via multiple formats, and making clinical decisions autonomously. They will work collaboratively with the wider practice team to ensure seamless patient care and participate in practice activities such as audits, quality improvement, and training. The role also involves effective communication with patients and colleagues, maintaining accurate clinical records, and adhering to professional and regulatory standards.
