You'll also support and mentor your team, ensuring they receive necessary clinical training to deliver high-quality nursing care. This role grants you the autonomy to do things the right way and be valued for your contributions. To join us, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration, a mentoring or supervision qualification, and experience in producing care plans and risk assessments. An understanding of regulatory frameworks, such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, is crucial.
