Practice Nurse (Fixed Term, 1 Year)GP Practice

The Ridings Medical Group is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Practice Nurse (Fixed Term) to join our well established and supportive Integrated Clinical Team. Our team includes Advanced Care Practitioners, Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants who work collaboratively to deliver high quality patient care across our five practices.

This position is 28-32 hours per week, worked across all The Ridings Medical Group sites. The exact working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate, offering a degree of flexibility where possible. This role would suit a qualified Practice Nurse with experience in areas such as childhood immunisations, travel vaccinations, cervical cytology and chronic disease management. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, able to work collaboratively and confidently within a multidisciplinary team across multiple sites. Excellent communication skills, flexibility and a patient focused approach are essential for this role.
