Hanham Health is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join our friendly, supportive and forward-thinking clinical team based at Almondsbury & Pilning Surgeries.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver face-to-face and telephone consultations.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centred care across the full spectrum of General Practice.
• Undertake home visits when clinically appropriate.
• Process clinical correspondence and workflow efficiently.
• Review, manage and authorise prescriptions and medication-related queries.
• Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in clinical governance, audit and quality improvement activities.
• Contribute towards achievement of QOF and other practice quality standards.
• Attend practice meetings, education sessions and service development initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, successful training practice serving approximately 28,000 patients across four sites. We are committed to delivering high-quality patient care whilst supporting staff wellbeing, professional development and flexible ways of working.

Main Duties of the Job
