Hanham Health is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join our friendly, supportive and forward-thinking clinical team based at Almondsbury & Pilning Surgeries.
This is an excellent opportunity for a GP looking to work within a large, successful teaching practice that values innovation, collaboration, staff wellbeing and high-quality patient care. Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver face-to-face and telephone consultations.
- Provide high-quality, patient-centred care across the full spectrum of General Practice.
- Undertake home visits when clinically appropriate.
- Process clinical correspondence and workflow efficiently.
- Review, manage and authorise prescriptions and medication-related queries.
- Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in clinical governance, audit and quality improvement activities.
- Contribute towards achievement of QOF and other practice quality standards.
- Attend practice meetings, education sessions and service development initiatives.

Main Duties of the Job
