This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and motivated professional to play a leading role in shaping the future economic prosperity of Conwy County Borough.
As Business Services Manager, you will lead the Council's Business Services function, driving business growth, entrepreneurship, investment opportunities and economic development initiatives across the county. Working within the Economic Development team, you will lead a small team while building strong relationships with businesses, investors, funding bodies and strategic partners to deliver positive economic outcomes for Conwy.
This exciting role will focus on:
• Supporting business growth, investment and entrepreneurship across Conwy.
• Securing funding and opportunities through regional and national programmes.
• Leading and developing the Business Services team.
• Building strong partnerships with businesses and key stakeholders.
• Delivering business support, grant programmes and economic growth initiatives.
• Identifying commercial and income generation opportunities for the Council.
