To qualify for this role, you must have current NMC registration and possess a good understanding of up-to-date clinical practices, regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA, and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You should also be experienced in creating well-developed care plans and performing detailed risk assessments.
