We are looking to recruit zero-hour bank workers for our supported housing schemes across the Essex region. Please note this is not a CARE role, it is specific to SUPPORT.

Through providing practical and emotional support, as a Bank Support Worker, you will assist to support and enable vulnerable adults to live well and independently and sustain a tenancy. Encourage tenants to take an active part in the community and to live their best lives.

To be a success in this role:

You’re able to understand and respond to people’s unique needs and desires.

You’re experienced in providing support to vulnerable individuals.

Have an approachable manner.

You’re able to maintain records, with high levels of attention to detail.

You have an up to date knowledge of welfare benefits.

You have up to date knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults and children protocols and good practice.
