At Peabody, we're committed to delivering safe, compliant and resident-focused services. We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive performance, compliance and service improvement across our Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) function.

This is a high-profile role with responsibility for shaping how we use data, assurance, governance and programme management to improve services, strengthen compliance and deliver better outcomes for residents. Working closely with senior leaders, operational teams and contractors, you'll lead improvement initiatives, provide independent challenge and assurance, and ensure that performance, risk and compliance are effectively managed across the function.

This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 2 days per week based in our Waterloo office, alongside home working and occasional site visits as required.

What you'll be doing

Leading strategic improvement and transformation initiatives across M&E services.

Developing performance, assurance and governance frameworks that drive compliance and operational excellence.

Using data, analytics and insight to identify risks, opportunities and service improvements.

Providing oversight and assurance of statutory compliance, resident safety and Awaab's Law requirements.

Managing improvement programmes and projects, ensuring delivery of measurable outcomes and benefits.

Monitoring contractor and operational performance, driving accountability and value for money.

Providing expert advice, challenge and assurance to senior stakeholders.

What you’ll need

Experience leading continuous improvement, transformation or operational excellence programmes within housing, property services, compliance, asset management or another regulated environment.

Strong project and programme management skills, with a track record of delivering successful change initiatives.

Excellent analytical and reporting skills, including experience using Power BI and performance data to drive decision-making.

Experience reviewing, designing and documenting business processes and procedures.

Experience managing complaints, service recovery and complex escalated cases.

Knowledge of governance, compliance and statutory requirements within housing or property services.

Experience managing contractor performance and contract compliance.

Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.

Knowledge of Awaab's Law, resident safety and building safety requirements.
