Working closely with colleagues across Housing, Repairs, Safeguarding and Operational teams, you'll manage your own varied caseload, providing practical legal advice that protects the organisation while delivering fair and resident-focused outcomes.

Identify legal risks early and provide practical, commercially focused solutions.

Maintain accurate case records and performance reporting using legal case management systems.

Support continuous improvement projects across the Legal Services team.
