Woking & Sam Beare Hospice is looking for a Health Care Assistant to join our multi-disciplinary team, supporting the delivery of holistic, high-quality palliative and end of life care.
Working under the direction of a registered nurse, you will provide practical, emotional and person-centred support to patients, helping to maintain their independence, privacy and dignity. This is a rewarding role for someone who is calm, caring, flexible and committed to delivering excellent standards of care.

To work under the direction of a Registered Nurse both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic, high quality care to palliative and end of life care patients, their carers and relatives in the Community and /or on our Inpatient Unit.
To participate in a seven day per week operational service including days and nights. Full/part time applications considered.
