Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Non-Medical Prescriber, to join our Adult ADHD service in the beautiful county of Cornwall. This post is part time hoursand will work along side the other Clinical Nurse Specialists in the team.

We are looking for someone who will take advanced lead role in supporting the ongoing development of the Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Service, delivering assessment, treatment, monitoring and support around the clinical areas of ADHD and behavioural difficulties in this highly specialist area. To take lead responsibility for standards of care delivery, and overall management of the caseload within the service from referral to discharge.

Main duties of the job

This post will provide ADHD assessment and ongoing care to adults with ADHD across the county of Cornwall.

This is a Clinical Nurse Specialist Band 7 post, and we are looking for someone who has extensive experience working in mental health settings, with highly developed assessment and risk management skills.

This is an exciting time for Adult ADHD, we are looking for an individual who is strongly motivated to work in this area, with a keen interest in neurodevelopmental disorders to provide excellent care to people that use our service.
