Due to increasing demand and our ongoing commitment to providing the best possible care, we are seeking an enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our small, supportive team of clinicians for 2-4 sessions per week.

The Role
As a Salaried GP, you will
- Provide high quality care to registered and temporary patients
- Contribute to service development and practice initiatives
- Work closely with colleagues across the practice and PCN
- Enjoy continuity of care that supports both patients and clinicians

Practice Overview
- 3,600 patients
- Good CQC rating across all areas (Dec 2015)
- High QOF achievement
Team includes:
- 2 GP Partners, 3 Salaried GPs
- 2 Practice Nurses, 1 HCA
- Wonderful admin support team
- PCN Health Coach and pharmacist
- MSK FCP
- Experienced Reception, Dispensary & Admin teams
Active involvement in North Sedgemoor PCN
Low number of home visits
Full range of services including family planning and travel medicine
Monthly MDT meetings with community colleagues
Strong relationships with neighbouring practices
PCN with proactive ARRS recruitment
We work to a Practice Formulary that supports dispensary sustainability and profitability, reviewed regularly to ensure high quality prescribing.
