Working as part of the team, you will gain experience in using data and population health intelligence to support neighbourhood working. You will respond to day-to-day analytical queries, work with a range of health and care datasets, and help turn data into useful information for local teams. You will use analytical systems and tools to maintain and analyse data, produce reports and insights, and work with colleagues across the system to understand local populations, identify areas of need and support service improvement and change.

Main duties of the job

As Principal Analyst for Population Health Management and Neighbourhood Intelligence, you will lead the delivery of high-quality analytical insight to support population health improvement, neighbourhood working and the reduction of health inequalities.

You will work collaborativelywith clinical, operational and system partners, provide expert analytical advice, manage projects and staff, and champion innovative, data-driven approaches across the Integrated Care System.
