Main duties of the job

As a Senior Sales Advisor at Agincare, youll be part of an ever-growing, family-owned business with 40 years of experience in caring for people. Your role involves helping individuals and families find the right care, building relationships, and achieving realistic targets. You will manage new care enquiries, build relationships with clients, identify needs, recommend the right care, and work across our range of care services. You dont need care experience, but you should be confident, personable, commercially minded, target-driven, organised, and great at rapport building. The role offers a basic salary up to £27,500, uncapped commission, and various benefits including regular incentives, NHS discounts, and training opportunities.

• Own and manage new care enquiries
• Build relationships with clients, families and professionals
• Understand needs and recommend the right care
• Work across our range of care services
• Manage follow-ups and maximise opportunities
• Work closely with operational teams
• Keep records accurate and up to date
• Identify ways to improve customer experience
• Share ideas and help us do things better

What youll bring:

You dont need care experience. You could come from any sales or customer-focused environment, what matters is that you are:
