We are seeking a proactive Graduate Studies Administrator to manage graduate admissions and student administration within the Department of Experimental Psychology. Working with the Senior Academic Administrator and Academic Office colleagues, you will provide an efficient and responsive service for applicants, students and academic staff, supporting admissions, progression, and wider graduate administration.

To be successful in this role you will have a degree or equivalent experience, with substantial administrative or student-facing experience in higher education or a similarly complex environment. You will be highly organised, accurate, and able to manage competing priorities independently. You will have excellent communication and IT skills, and be able to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience of graduate admissions, student administration, or University of Oxford systems would be an advantage.

The post is permanent and offered on a full-time basis working 37.5 hours per week. The role is based within the new, purpose-built Life and Mind Building. A pattern of hybrid working may be possible with the agreement of your line manager, with a maximum of 40% home working once established in post.
