Derbyshire Community Health Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Night Support Worker Supervisor to join the Community First Team at Perth House in Derby City.

Our dedicated night team work 4 on 4 off or 2 on 6 off over seven days including weekends and bank holidays, ensuring that every individual receives the highest standard of care. If you have prior experience in caregiving and a commitment to excellence, we want you on our team.

We value our team members and you will receive comprehensive training to support to enhance your skills.

Based at Perth House but you'll need to the flexibility to travel to various locations where DCHS services are provided.

Main duties of the job

To act as the day to day supervisor of a small group of Health and Support Workers under the supervision of a Night Manager. Overseeing and administering medication and performing personal care tasks and overseeing the wellbeing and safety of people using our service including the safety of building during the night hours. Promote a culture of high quality strength based enablement support to meet identified goals to enable a patient to remain in or return to a place they call home.
