Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member will be to support with the dining service and assisting residents with their meals. Other responsibilities will include supporting the residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining, ensuring that dining tables are set in accordance with the standard operating procedures, keeping front of house clean, tidy, and well-presented, and that dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day. Ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas and are replenished throughout the day, as well as finger food and fresh fruit options. Being aware of residents dietary requirements. To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate must demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene, compassion, and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents and have experience working in a similar setting, like a restaurant or hotel. A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.
