Job summary

We are seeking a Band 3 Clinical Research Recruitment Coordinatorto join our dynamic team.

The award-winning Research and Development team at SABP is passionate about improving health and care through high-quality research. The team supports a wide range of studies and works collaboratively with clinical staff, academic institutions, industry partners, and the public to create meaningful benefits for patients and communities.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will support the delivery of research studies by identifying and screening potential participants, reviewing clinical records and maintaining accurate recruitment logs. Key duties include providing administrative and data management support, coordinating research appointments and maintaining essential study documentation. Where appropriately trained and assessed as competent, the role may also involve supporting clinical procedures such as taking observations, collecting research samples and performing ECGs. The post holder will work in accordance with Good Clinical Practice, research governance and data protection requirements, while contributing to audits, meetings, reporting and effective communication across the research and wider clinical teams.
