Job summary
An Opportunity has arisen to join the Patient Flow and Referral Hub team at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust as a Band 3 Administrators .
The team plays an important role in supporting the safe and timely movement of patients through hospital and community services. As part of the developing Referral Hub, the post holder will also support the management and processing of referrals from the acute Trust into community services.
Part time position: 20 hours
Main duties of the job
Under the guidance and supervision of the senior members of the flow team the post holder will provide call handling, referral processing and administrative support across the Patient Flow and Referral Hub functions.
The post holder will also support the wider Patient Flow team with administrative duties associated with safe and timely discharge, patient flow and communication between acute and community services.
