An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health Care Assistant within Ward H2 Respiratory within Salford Care Organistation

Ward H2 is a face paced, high acuity unit caring for Respiratory and General Medical patients.

Unfortunately, this role does not meet the criteria required to qualify for sponsorship.

Main duties of the job

Working alongside a Registered Nurse to develop and deliver a personalised plan of care to patients. This will include assisting with personal care needs such as washing and dressing, mobility support, nutritional care needs and maintaining thorough records and documentation
