Addington School is part of Ascendancy Partnership Trust, a multi-academy trust with deep community roots across the Berkshire area composed of a family of SEN schools all specialising in learning difficulties. We are a large all-age Outstanding Special School on the edge of Reading in Woodley, an we have an Early Years Centre located in Farley Hill.
Required for January 2027 but early start can be considered.
You will be:

Passionate about early education for our learners, experienced in the development of Early Years / Primary curriculum and assessment for students with learning difficulties

An experienced senior / middle leader with a proven track record

A leader who is energised by a new project but can adhere to strict timelines and deadlines

Highly organised and efficient whilst able to inspire and enthuse staff, students and the community

A professional with drive, energy and determination alongside a good sense of humour
